Acquisition of a retail/data centers portfolio

SHIFT CAPITAL is the exclusive debt advisor of the investment fund Mata Capital High Income Property Fund #1 (MCHIPF#1), managed by Mata Capital. As such, SHIFT CAPITAL advised MCHIPF#1 in its first acquisition financing related to retail, data centers and office assets for a €30m total amount. Dedicated to local and outskirt retail assets, the fund targets assets with a unit size inferior to €20m, located in the Paris region and in the outskirt of dynamic conurbations.

SHIFT CAPITAL helped MCHIPF#1 in the presentations and ongoing contacts with prospective lenders during the marketing phase, then assisted in the negotiations and coordination of third parties throughout the whole closing process. In particular, SHIFT CAPITAL advised the fund in available options to optimise the structure, the refinancing amount and financial conditions.
