Acquisition of a mixed-used office retail building rue de la Paix

SHIFT CAPITAL advised BMO Real Estate Partners (BMO REP) on behalf of the fund BMO REP - Best Value Europe 1, for the financing of its first acquisition in Europe. The property is a 1,750 sqm. retail and office flagship located on 15 rue de la Paix in Paris, fully occupied by 10 tenants including notably the luxury brands Dunhill, Mauboussin and Dinh Van. The financing was granted by the Banque Européenne du Crédit Mutuel (BECM).

SHIFT CAPITAL advised BMO REP in their discussions with BECM, assisted them during the negotiations and co-ordinated the whole closing process.
