A credit line for an industrial group

SHIFT CAPITAL assisted an industrial group in raising a total €20m facility in order to develop its core business. The financing is secured by an office building located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

SHIFT CAPITAL helped the borrower during the marketing phase of the transaction and during discussions with potential lenders, then assisted in the negotiations and coordination of third parties throughout the whole closing process.
