Acquisition of the Sofitel le Louise in Brussels

SHIFT CAPITAL assisted an hotel group for the acquisition financing of a Sofitel Hotel in Brussels.

The hotel 5* offers 169 rooms including 10 suites, a restaurant, a bar lounge, a terrace, 4 conference rooms and a fitness center. An extension project is expected to be completed by the end of 2014 to add a spa and 2 additional conference rooms.

For its first acquisition outside of France, SHIFT CAPITAL helped hotel group during the marketing phase of the transaction and during its discussions with potential lenders, then assisted in the negotiations and coordination of third parties throughout the whole closing process.
