A 4* 73-room hotel development in Paris area

SHIFT CAPITAL advised the Hameau de La Cense, as part of the development financing of the Hotel Le Barn, a 4* hotel residence on the Haras de la Cense site, in the heart of the Rambouillet Forest. This venue will be operated by Marugal, a French hotel management company specialised in the conception, launching and operating management of prestigious hotels.

SHIFT CAPITAL advised the Hameau de la Cense during the transaction presentation, assisted in discussions with potential lenders and drove negotiations with the third parties through to the closing process.
