SHIFT CAPITAL advised the fund FINOTEL

SHIFT CAPITAL assisted the fund Finotel for the acquisition financing of the first three Parisian hotel’s businesses. Launched in June 2013 by Maranatha group (38 hotels, 2,090 rooms) and certified by AMF, this fund aims to acquire hotel’s businesses and walls in Paris and major French cities (AMF visa : July 2013).

These 3 and 4 hotels offer together 117 rooms. Renovation works on the 3 hotels are planned for 2014 to allow an increase in overnight stays and occupancy rates, and ultimately a repositioning in 4.

The equity was brought by private investors (via a public offering conducted ​​by the Finotel fund) and the debt financing was provided by a French Bank.

For its first businesses’ acquisitions, SHIFT CAPITAL helped the fund Finotel during the marketing phase of the transaction and during its discussions with potential lenders, then assisted in the negotiations and coordination of third parties throughout the whole closing process.
