Damien Giguet creates SHIFT CAPITAL
Damien Giguet, 38-year old, has created SHIFT CAPITAL, structure focusing on "senior and mezzanine debt raising missions, in the context of real estate assets' acquisitions, restructurings or refinancings"
Graduated from a Masters in Econometrics and a post graduate degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance, he worked for Société Générale in the real estate structured finance team, and for Jones Lang LaSalle as senior consultant in the corporate finance department. At LaSalle Investment Management, he was head of financings for continental Europe before joining ABN Amro as associate director, and JP Morgan as vice president structured finance. Since September 2009, he was associate founder at Resource Capital Partners.
